RETURN POLICY

Need to make a return? Mande Goods gladly accepts returns for a refund or store-credit on unused, qualifying items. Full refunds can only be offered within 14 days of customer’s receival of purchased goods. After the 14 days, we will only be able to offer store credit in the form of a gift card for up to 30 days of the aforementioned date of receival.

We have changed our store policy and are no longer accepting exchanges on returned items and anything returned to our shop will be refunded only. If you would like a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order online.

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

*All custom orders, sale items and pottery/ceramics are final sale and we cannot accommodate returns for these items.

*Any items that have been washed, dyed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for any refund or returns.

To initiate a return of a purchased item, please email info@mandegoods.com with the subject heading:


**ATTENTION RETURNS**

The information you will need to include in your email is as follows:

  • Your invoice
  • The items you wish to return
  • The reason

After your return is approved, we will be able to offer you two options regarding shipping:

  • Upon your request, we would be happy to prepare a shipping label for your return. Please note that if this option if chosen, the calculated shipping cost will be charged to your account or deducted from the total of the refund value.
  • OR all shipping preparations and costs will be handled by the customer. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. If the package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for reimbursement. Contact the shipping carrier for any issues you are having with the return delivery.

Again, we are no longer accepting any form of exchange for any items. We accept returns for refund or store credit only.

After your return is received and processed, a Mande Goods customer service representative will be in contact. We typically process returns within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the return package. Returns will be processed in the order received.

Please note, the return label is only valid for U.S. domestic shipments, the customer is responsible for shipping international returns.
