Mande ships orders via USPS or FedEx. Carrier options vary based on item and destination. If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout. You can expect an automatic email 2-3 days after your order confirmation with tracking details.

Please contact info@mandegoods with your order number if you need to make any changes before you receive any tracking or shipping confirmation emails. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all updated requests. However if the order has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for any further requests.


Mande ships domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-day Mail.

Most orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Tracking numbers are provided by an automated email at the time of shipment. Please contact your selected shipping carrier for any updates on delays, lost, or missing packages with the tracking number. Mande Goods is not responsible for delayed, lost or missing packages. Please file an online claim with the shipping carrier if you are experiencing any of these matters.

As books, notebooks, pottery & pillows tend to weigh more than most of our products, shipping for these items are determined by weight and location. While the estimated shipping price is paid during checkout, a separate email invoice may be sent to cover any extra shipping costs due to weight or distance traveled.

*Please note that our "Shipping Calculator" on our website does not reflect true shipping fees for all orders sent to the east coast states. For more accurate shipping prices, please contact us at info@mandegoods.

*For In-Store Pick-Up option, the check-out page will ask for your shipping address. Please fill out all the information for the online checkout. Your order will be ready only after you receive an email that the order is ready for pick-up.


Mande goods offers shipping to over 200 countries.

International orders are shipped via DHL (typically takes approx. 7-14 business days). There is an initial $40 fee for international shipping, however, extra charges may occur if shipping cost exceed the amount due to weight or location.

Any international order may be charged additional customs fees at the time of delivery. Mande Goods is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred from imported goods, and the customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Mande Goods does not refund shipping on any order.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Once orders are shipped, Mande Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have trouble tracking down a shipment, you'll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. The shipping carrier used will be listed on your shipping confirmation email.

If the order has been "returned back to sender" due to an insufficient or incorrect shipping address, as this was confirmed during checkout, we will send you an invoice to cover re-shipment costs. Mande Goods is not responsible for any re-shipment costs.

We ask that you file a claim for any lost or missing packages with your chosen shipping carrier.

If you are concerned about package loss, we ask that consider upgrading your shipping service during checkout.
